C12200/TP2 Copper Pipe

C12200 pipe is known as EDM red copper, a high purity copper alloy consisting mostly of copper and a small amount of phosphorus. C12200 copper pipe is featured by outstanding welding performance and cold bending performance, and generally has no tendency of "hydrogen disease". It can be processed and used in reducing atmosphere. However, it is not suitable to be processed or used in an oxidizing atmosphere. Containing phosphorus and more than 99.9% copper, C12200 copper pipe has excellent antioxidant properties and corrosion resistance. Moreover, it has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, and processing properties. And trace amounts of oxygen have little impact on electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and processing properties.
